Click to Call: Now you can click on a highlighted number and call that number. If you have our texting solution, you will have the option to text or call when you click on a number.
Phone Pops: When you get an incoming call, the system will search the customer list for that phone number and provide a pop-up window with the customer information.
Closed Follow-up: Closed follow-ups with the customer/employee and date and time are created after all calls. Employees can edit the follow-ups to add notes. In 2021, we will build an integration to automatically update the call log or call transcript in the follow-up notes.
