The Dealer Community in Service Connect provides a unique feature, EVO Product Ideas, where you can easily view — and vote for — existing ideas recommended by other dealers. You can also submit your own ideas.

To search FOR AN IDEA

· Open Service Connect in Lightspeed^®EVO

· Click on the Community link

· Then click on the “EVO Product Ideas” link under Lightspeed^®EVO.

· From here you can see all of the different product ideas that are awaiting votes.

· Vote for an idea by clicking on it and hitting the “plus/thumbs up” sign.

· Your vote is important, as it increases the chance of an idea getting implemented.

TO SUBMIT Your own idea

Click on “Suggest an idea” and enter your idea in the subject line.
